Cristina has been a professional chef for over 20 years and has cooked her way around the
world as a private chef, yacht chef and caterer. Cristina started Spread catering in 2016 as an homage to her Lebanese roots and love of travel. Cristina’s cooking style is best described as inspired Lebanese cooking with a California touch.
