Julie Schreiber has been in the food and wine industry for over 30 years. She began first as a chef working for restaurants like Boulevard in San Francisco and catering to private clients around the Bay Area.
For the last 20 years she has pursued her dream of being a winemaker and has worked for big and small wineries in Napa and Sonoma Counties. She continues to consult with wineries, cook and develop recipes for clients and is the head chef for Mycoventures, a travel company focused on mushroom forays in Sonoma County.
