Nanette Humer began her career in NYC and has years of experience in retail design and presentation, merchandising and special events. She served in a creative capacity for numerous major fashion retailers throughout America and internationally.
In 1993, Nanette embarked on a new journey into the food industry, moving cross country from NYC to SF to begin a 30 year journey to create an industry for grape seed oil. Today Nanette & her husband Valentin, a European trained chef, are the force behind award winning Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil the world's first cold pressed grapeseed oil loved by top chefs and prized for its culinary and health benefits.
