Cindy Lasar began her culinary career 25 years ago as a chef. She catered movie openings, corporate events and private yacht events. That led her to a position as a Director of Sales & Marketing for a fine dining restaurant group. Cindy moved to Paso Robles to manage JUSTIN Vineyards Winery, Restaurant and B&B.
Cindy made her way to Northern California and became the Regional Wine Manager for World Market, managing wine departments of 36 stores. In 2010 she followed her passion for wine and moved to the Napa Valley. She lived in Yountville and worked for Chef Michael Chiarello as the Director of Business Development for NapaStyle & Bottega Restaurant. Cindy became the Culinary Director for the KAABOO Music Festival. She managed all the VIP experiences at that 3 day event.
Cindy spent the last 6 years as the Director of Business Development for Chef’s Roll. Cindy managed everything from their Chef Ambassador Program, Chef Competitions, PR and brand development. Currently Cindy manages Wine Country Inspired: an event company focused on Art and Culinary Experiences.
