Felice grew up on a farm in West Marin, California. Felice began her food career as a director of business development with a domestic organic grains company over 20 years ago. This led her to a job as a national sales director in the specialty food industry. Felice was elected President of the California Artisan Cheese Guild and served 4 years. She has recently launched her own consulting sales director business Felice Foods. Her company works with 5 family owned brands and 4 of them are BIPOC and women owned. She is also a volunteer chairperson for the Good Food Awards
