Educated and trained with a long career in the sciences, she works from a foundation of over 20 years, managing high throughput laboratories all the while knowing that her passion was elsewhere. Her desire to step out of the scientific world, a strong entrepreneurial mind, combined with the love of food inspired her transformation into a self-taught chef and owner of a successful catering business established in 2014.
